These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nata Jewels website (natajewels.in) and any purchase made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Nata Jewels ('we', 'us', 'our') is an online multi-vendor marketplace for silver jewellery, operated at natajewels.in. The platform enables independent vendors ('Sellers') to list and sell silver jewellery products to customers ('Buyers') across India.

Nata Jewels acts as a marketplace facilitator. While we vet all vendors and products, individual products are sold by the respective vendors. Nata Jewels is not the direct seller of the products unless explicitly stated.

To place an order on Nata Jewels, you must create a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us immediately at ✉ info@natajewels.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Nata Jewels will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

All products listed on Nata Jewels are represented as described by the respective vendors. We require all vendors to list only genuine silver jewellery (925 sterling silver or higher purity) and to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure product accuracy, Nata Jewels does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are completely error-free. If a product you receive materially differs from its listing, please contact us at info@natajewels.in.

All prices displayed on natajewels.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and supported digital wallets. Nata Jewels does not store your payment or card details.

Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be placed. Please retry or use an alternative payment method.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a unique order ID. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@natajewels.in as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.

Nata Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Products are shipped directly by the respective vendors. Nata Jewels coordinates the shipping process and oversees fulfilment on your behalf.

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Typical delivery within India is 5–10 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and are final. Nata Jewels currently delivers within India only.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Nata Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are managed directly by the Nata Jewels team. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

To initiate a return, email info@natajewels.in with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchange requests are coordinated by Nata Jewels and fulfilled by the respective vendor. If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or finish), please contact us at info@natajewels.in within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange availability is subject to the vendor's stock and product variants. Nata Jewels will facilitate the coordination between you and the vendor. Any additional shipping costs for exchanges may apply and will be communicated to you in advance.

All content on natajewels.in — including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Nata Jewels or its respective vendors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Nata Jewels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nata Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

Nata Jewels is not responsible for the actions, representations, or products of individual vendors on the platform, beyond our stated vetting and quality standards.

Your privacy is important to us. By using natajewels.in, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. sharing your delivery address with the vendor or courier) or as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of natajewels.in or any purchase made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Nata Jewels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on natajewels.in with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
