We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — including UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways, with bank-grade encryption. Nata Jewels does not store your card or payment details.
Yes. As soon as your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a unique order ID. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at info@natajewels.in as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before the order is dispatched by the vendor. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Products on Nata Jewels are sold by independent vendors. Each order is shipped directly by the vendor. Nata Jewels coordinates and oversees the shipping process to ensure a smooth delivery experience for you.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. In many cases, shipping costs are covered as part of the purchase. The amount shown at checkout is final.
Delivery timelines depend on the vendor's location and your delivery address. Typical delivery times are 5–10 business days across India. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.

We want you to love every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Please note: Returns are managed directly by the Nata Jewels team. Contact us at info@natajewels.in with your order ID and reason for return and we will guide you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. You will be notified by email once your refund is initiated.
We sincerely apologise if this has happened. Please email us at info@natajewels.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges are handled directly by the vendor. If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or finish), please contact us at info@natajewels.in and we will connect you with the relevant vendor to coordinate the exchange.
Please note that exchange availability depends on the vendor's stock and policies.
Custom or personalised jewellery items, items that have been worn or altered, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Yes. All vendors on Nata Jewels are required to list only genuine silver jewellery. We verify that products are 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) or higher purity. Product descriptions clearly state the silver purity.
925 sterling silver means the jewellery is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) for added strength and durability. It is the international standard for quality silver jewellery and is hallmarked accordingly.
Each product listing on Nata Jewels includes details of silver purity and, where applicable, hallmarking information. Our vendors are vetted and are required to meet our product quality standards before selling on the platform.
Store your silver jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Clean gently with a soft silver polishing cloth to maintain its shine. Remove before swimming or bathing.
You can browse the marketplace without an account, but you will need to create a free account to place an order. An account lets you track orders, save your addresses, and manage your purchase history.
